Cat shit bronze panther station wagon. A shitty color on the shittiest body style of a shitty platform. $2500, 78k miles. Ugly crap that I’m sure I’ll get flamed for calling ugly crap.

That thing is sweet, and you are very very wrong.

What you have is a much better platform with a better engine in a better all around car. I disagree with your wagon choices because I’m not a repressed chain smoking housewife from the ‘60s, but c’mon man.

My car’s platform and engine are better, although that wagon looks like it has a lot less rust and it also seats two more people. Those wagons instead of one rear facing 3rd bench, and two sideways facing rear benches in the back. My wagon is awesome. This wagon is awesome. End of story.

A shitty car from a shitty time in the American auto industry in a shitty (literally) color.
I'll pass, thanks.

wow - really only 78k? That’s only like 43.7 miles per year, (or something like that...)

its got a 5.0, the good trans, a decent rear end, and a nice wide front clip..... just need a donee truck worthwhile enough to be worth the trouble......

Between this and the Caprice, it’s like America was making cars in the 90s designed in the 70s.

It already IS a truck. It’s a truck that rides like a couch, and can either seat 10 people, or 3 people and a load of 4x8 plywood in the rain without anything getting wet. Try that in a measly pickup.

yeah, the pics are a bit fuzzy...... i stopped counting people in the first one at 23........
everybody sit on the plywood..... everybody hold a corner of the tarp...... all dry...... not making record time though.
id RATHER resurrect something with a bit more character......

But you can’t keep them dry! And that wagon has plenty of character.
Don’t get me wrong, I love trucks too. I own both a pickup and a big wagon. But there are plenty of other dead trucks with which to save usable trucks, so hands off the cool ass wagon!

they just each hold and edge of a large tarp........ then there won’t be “wet backs”.......
not saying THIS PARTICULAR wagon should be cut up..... the body is nice and straight, but that a wagon SIMILAR to this one, perhaps not as “nice” would have prime donable set of updated underpinnings.
we cant save/preserve them all.......

Well that’s different. Yeah, if it’s a rusty pile of crap, have at it. :)

i need to turn this into a family truckster clone. And drop a 5.0 coyote aluminator in it. You think you hate it now. But wait til you drive it.
